This Privacy and Cookie Policy document forms part of the “Terms” as outlined in the Terms and Conditions for Connor Vellinga Freelance Services and/or their affiliates (collectively, the “Business”). Please find the Terms of Service here.
Any personal information the Business collects will be stored in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The type of personal information the Business collects
The Business collects and stores your personal information. The personal information the Business currently collects is your name, email address, telephone and/or mobile number, address and website user stats.
How the Business gets the personal information and why it has it
The personal information the Business processes is mostly provided directly by you. This includes submitting your name and email address by contacting the Business via email. The Business uses this personal data to communicate with you and to perform its services. The Business also receives information indirectly from you in the form of website user stats and cookies. These are collected for the Business to be able to monitor traffic on its services and generate audience analytics.
The Business may share your personal information with third party service providers who perform services on behalf of the Business. Some of these service providers may be located in countries other than the UK, where data privacy laws may be less protective than those of the UK. This includes but is not limited to Google services to manage the Business’s database and files. By using the services or contacting the Business you agree and accept that these third party companies access the personal information you provide to them. If you do not consent to these third parties accessing your personal information, do not access these services. Please read, understand, agree to and accept the privacy policies and terms and conditions of these third party companies prior to using the services.

- Your consent by directly contacting the Business or engaging in its services. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting the Business directly via email using the contact information below.

How the Business stores your personal information
Your information is securely stored. The Business keeps your email address for the duration of your use of the services. Upon either the services being terminated by the Business, you removing your consent or unsubscribing from the services, the Business will dispose of your personal information within one month of the effective date by deleting your data in all records and removing your information, if you have not done so already, from any third party services.
Your data protection rights
Under data protection law, you have rights including:
- Your right of access – You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.
- Your right to rectification – You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
- Your right to erasure – You have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances.
- Your right to restriction of processing – You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
- Your right to object to processing – You have the the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
- Your right to data portability – You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.
You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, the Business have one month to respond to you.
